Shouldn't research come first?! Oh well here goes... Gonna research the following, other art directors, to see other videos etc, I want to look at shock tactics, to hopefully get some inspiration on how to shock?! If that makes any sense, I remember in my tutorial Izzie was talking about shock tactics and I said about the two girls in the film "The Shining" (see video below but maybe you shouldn't look if you are easily scared)



Self explanatory really..! But yeah I want to create some sort of controversy in the fashion industry. Maybe not at this extreme level but I wanted to give an example of shock tactics. So I think this film will do so.
I want to look into abnormality, maybe this could involve disabilities/ or just aesthetical abnormality. I think of the film Saw when I think of this- inspiration from bo130 could be leading me down a really f***ed up route?! But I mean perhaps through the awkward poses that the victims in the movie are held. An idea of this could be portrayed in the models poses. Awkwardness or maybe a sense of distance. Like when you speak to someone who is in their own world. Their expression of distance and being in another world- or when someone who is on drugs, when you are around them, it makes you feel uncomfortable and makes you wonder what is going on in their head, but also can be really disturbing for people around them. Their actions are very abnormal. Perhaps I could take inspiration from this for some poses/ sound affects.
