These two ideas I really like, I would have the model facing her back to the camera, it would create a silhouette similar to a manequinn and also quite and alien like shape.
This one I had the idea of using fabrics to create really long arms that wrap around the body- creating almost a straight jacket feel.
From this I thought perhaps I could create this on the top image of the model with her back to the camera with arms or fabrics wrapping around and restricting her, this idea was inspired from the work of Una Burke, you can see her work on my blog in previous posts.
This then developed further to using elastic bands all over the model but then just homing in on a certain area- eg shoulder/ neck and arm area. Focusing on the tight elastic against the soft skin.

Here is a more subtle disfigureation that I would probably use photoshop to do, a boy and girl are in the shot the boy is leaning on the girls shoulder, but she has got two eyes- it is a subtle disfiguration but I want it to be more of a double take so people dont notice it at first.
This image I thought of having hair nets over the models face and her expression to be like she is screaming to give the idea of her being trapped like a fish when it is trapped in a net.

Here my inspiration came from an illustration by Egon Schiele, the model would be wearing beautiful delicate fabrics and petty coats, but would be holding up the dress and her legs would have lumps and disfigurements on them, perhaps made from latex, pva etc or maybe padded out tights???
Here my inspiration came from Lucy and Bart with the balloons and tights idea, creating hunch backs and lumps and bumps making the body into a completely new silhouette
Similar idea here but with wadding or rubbish/ maybe plastic bags...???
